Hello HP Community.
I just recently purchased an HP Elitebook Folio 9470m Base Model Notebook PC.
I loaned it to my little brother and when he returned it to me it had serious problems, so i had to completely sanitize the computer and restore it to factory settings, i then loaded an old version of windows 7 home premium 64 bit onto it. Everything has been working okay with it except Ive had to install some new drivers. No big deal.
My main problem is that when i plug in an external speaker to the headphone jack, it emits a very scratchy choppy noise, i can hear whatever is being played in the background, but its driving me crazy.
Ive installed the correct audio driver and still no joy.
Any help and/or suggestions would be much appreciated!
