Hello the sound on my HP Pavilion G6-1a19wm is not working. Sound "does" work when using the audio jack with external speakers. I have tried uninstalling the driver, updating the driver, microsoft fix-it, and troublshooting steps. audio device shows in device manager and is supposedly working properly, mute is "not' enabled. visually all audio related things suggest that the audio is fine and trubleshooting finds no problems.. what else could this be ???
