Hi,
I have an issue with my beats audio after updating from windows 8 to windows 8.1. I tried many times uninstalling and reinstalling the lastest audio driver, and still no positive outcome. I really have no clue how to fix it.
Note:
1. my computer sound system is working except beats audio (it doesn't respond eventhough I play around with the graphic equalizer and the bass, treble etc).
2. I have tried installing the lastest HP envy m6 1116tx audio driver and it still doesn't work.
Please help.
