Hi, my problem is that my audio shuts off after a few minutes, then if I want it back I have to restart the PC and it appears fine, but imagine having to restart your computer after initially powering up EVERY time you want to use the PC. The Support assistant says my drivers are up to date which may be the problem due to the fact that I did not have this issue until recently which tells me that one of the automatic updates caused this problem.
Additionally, a problem that was never fixed was that my internet inexplicably drops for no apparent reason. Sporadic problem and has nothing to do with my connection as it as occurred in multiple physical locations. Opening up Internet explorer and clicking "fix connection" works after a few minutes, but this is only a bandaid solution.
Any assistance would be extremely appreciated.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED THAT 2 MULTI BILLION COMPANIES MICROSOFT AND HP CANT MAKE USABLE PRODUCTS. I GUESS THEY WANT PEPOPLE TO MOVE TO APPLE. SORRY FOR THE RANT. JUST FEELING HOPELESS.
