I'm not computer savvy. Have a newish HP laptop (windows 8) and for the last 3 weeks have been having problems with sound. I log on, listen to something, then check emails, go back, and sound has stopped working. I reboot, and it works. Then it will drop out again. Surely I shouldn't have to keep restarting the computer every time I want to listen to something! Very frustrating. I have done various sound tests on the device and each time it says the speakers are working...but they aren't! Help!
