HP Envy 14-3010NR IDT Audio Driver not compatible with hardware

I am not getting any audio from my computer, neither the internal speakers, headphones, or tv through hdmi play any sound.

- It's not on mute

- Windows 7 - 64bit OS

- Drivers under Sound, video and game controllers are: HP Wireless Audio Adapter and Intel(R) Display Audio

- When I hover over the speaker in the taskbar it says Speakers(USB) but I don't have anything plugged into the usb ports.

- If I try to install the IDT audio driver from this page:

It comes up with an error that says that it is not compatible with the hardware

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
