AUDIO driver

I recently started having an error code come up when trying to watch movies on Netflix. It tells me there is a configuration problem with my audio driver. I have made sure Windows is updated and have also tried the Microsoft fix it option. Any suggestions?  Please help! I have pretty limited computer knowledge
