I'm experiencing problems with the audio of my laptop (for example, in Skype I get the message "Problems with the playbck") and it does not allow me to listen anything. I restart the laptop and sometimes the problems is fixed. Everything started when I started to use with Skype a USB micro and headphones.
I have tried everything that is proposed in the HP support page (troubleshooting, udpating drivers, making sure that the devices are enabled...). The laptop is just 1 year old.
