Brand new:
HP 15-r030wm Laptop PC with Intel Pentium N3520 Processor, Windows 8.1
Problem: Sound with online youtube videos intermitenly: stutters (pauses) with a digital sound (like a robot), some crackling sounds. Why and how do I fix this? I havent tested DVD sound yet.
Sound driver is newest update-- noticed different date on the HP support site for Realteck driver, same driver (2/2014). I saw some available downloads for drivers on this HP support site-- when I entered laptop info, do I need to download all of these?
Scan of computer on HP site does not show any downloads needed. HP Support assistant: no updates needed. Windows: no updates needed.
Computer sound test says working properly. Internet connection working fine.
