I bought a HP Pavilion Sleekbook 15-b001ss recently and I was suprissed to learn that there still sound coming out from the device speaker even after I plug-in an headset. I tried to update the IDT audio driver,thought it might solve the problem but it didn't...I tried to reset my laptop to its factory default settings,again that it might solve the problem but again,it didn't! I don't know what to do now...I thought for once its just a factory defect but my 3 friends who has the same model as mine got the same problem..it seems thateverytime I insert an audio headset the system doesn't recognise it..please help me solve the problem...you can email me directly to [edited email by Moderator]..thanks very much in advance to anyone who will reply to this..God bless you all.
