hi i have an hp pavilliong g6 notebook and the sound has stopped working .
when i checked the speakers an sound categories everyone of them says working properly.
i have tried shutting down and resarting the computor with no results .
i don't know much about computer tech so if someone could help it would be greatly appreciated
