Hi,
I am running Win 8.0 and my sound driver IDT HD Audio is not working correctly. Sound doesn't work at all.
My laptop model number is 2CE3281QBL
serial number is 2CY46AV
Performed master reset on my laptop but have the same issue.
Installed the new drivers but same issue exists.
Rolled back the driver and yet this issue exist is not solved.
Can you please tell me what the issue is and the solution for it. Tried everything. The only way it works is to disable and re-enable the sound device to make it work. After I try to wake the laptop up from sleep mode, this happens again. Please give me a solution for this.
