Obviously I'm not the only one having this problem but I'm hoping someone can help me. My computer went through a standard update, nothing out of the ordinary and all of a sudden my audio doesn't work. I restart my computer and it works for a couple of minutes and then it stops. Ten minutes later it works again and then cuts off and so on, so forth.

I followed the direct HP support website to troubleshoot the problem and it told me to turn the volume up...so any help is greatly appreciated!
