I do not play much music or watch any films on my laptop. A few youtube videos now and then, but this laptop I use soley for work purpose. I listen to mainly classical music and audio lectures. For the last 2 weeks there is crackling noise coming from the right speaker, which makes me think the laptop speaker is either blown or somehow damaged. I have not dropped this laptop or anything as it sits in one spot 24-7. This is my second replacement laptop, and I am now wondering if I have made the right choice in choosing a HP product.
I do not wish to send this in for testing etc.. as my sole income is from the use of my laptop. Can an engineer be sent out to look at this and possibly replace this? Please bear in mind that this is a second replacement via John Lewis, which is where I bought it from at £1000 which is alot of money for something which is faulty after not 2 months of use. My laptop details are below, please advise. If you wish to contact me, please email me on miz2k@hotmail.com
