Gentlemen:
Looking for an excuse to offer solutions is NOT acceptable to people, sometimes you go for some without using a feature. For instance, I didn't use the headphone when I try to use it DID NOT work. Doing an online search I see that people are having problems with headphones.WHY DON'T YOU JUST POTS THE SOLUTION, may get some people that you care. Or it's that you no long care as the laptop unit is UP for sale.
The protocol should be I sent an email to customer support, you post the solution, end the story, we don't have to interact if you don't care.
