First of all, my sound was working perfectly fine in chrome while playing youtube videos but it stopped working for my downloaded videos, then i thought of re-installing the driver and guess what now it showing the msg "the hardware detected is not supported by this idt software package". My laptop is :
HP Pavilion g6-2010ax
with windows 8 64-bit running on it. Please help !!
