I just bought this new Hp 2000 notebook pc, in May of this year and for some reason, the volume isn't working anymore. I've tried the option of disabling and enabling the speakers in the device manager, set all my volume settings to default and i've even change all my laptop settings to defaults which erased all my documents but the problem still persist. When i plug in a headphones however, the volume works. Can someone please give me an advise as to what i need to do and also my webcam isn't working too. it stopped working for a reason i know nothing of.
