Running Win 8, Product # is B5Z56UA#ABA and Serial # is [Edited for Personal Information]. My audio has suddenly gone out. I can hear system sounds such as those that I can 'Test' from the Control Panel, Sound & Hardware section. But if I try to play a video from Facebook or Youtube, there is no sound. I can also connect my notebook to a tv using an HDMI cable and get sound. Also, no sound when using headphones either. Help!
