My audio will shut down after going idle. And I have to restart computer to get it back on. Usually when the audio goes off my machine will say can not connect to xbox when trying to access thru the video app. I can open with windows media player. But no sound. sometimes I need to reboot more than once. Reboot does fix it but that is a pain. I did change my idle settings and thought I solved my problem until it started doing it again.
I did do an optional update for my realtek audio before started having this problem. Also was having weird sound issues until I selected the rollback button in the audio properties.
Wondering if I uninstall will I be able to reinstall?
Also having problems updateing to 8.1. But that is another issue.
