I have an HP Envy 15t-j000 Quad Edition CTO Notebook PC running Windows 8. For the past few weeks, I've noticed that the three audio control buttons associated with the f9, f10, and f11 keys ("Back," "Play/Pause," and "Next" respectively) have stopped working.
When I press the "Play/Pause" button, I get the rotating blue circle on my cursor, but nothing happens. Neither the "Back" nor the "Next" buttons do anything (no blue circle).
How do I reset/restore these keys' functions?
