Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to help me. My microphone isn't working. There no sound at all. I've had my laptop for about 8 months and I bought it new. My laptop is an HP Envy dv6 and my pride and joy, so it would be amazing if we could fix this problem. Does anyone have a solution? thanks
