Hi,
I have HP Envy 15-3040nr Laptop which is running windows 8.
I have found some issue my CyberLink YouCam in my laptop. I already installed correct diver for windows 8 and all up to date software.
Also, this problem occurred when I was using windows 7.
It seems to be hardware issue. I already installed HP support assistant but it didn’t detect any issue.
I phone HP consumer support team in the UK yesterday but they didn't help me to solve this issue.
Also, I got some advise from HP technical support team in the USA throuh on-line chat. They said that it might be a hardware issue.
This Laptop is under warrenty.
Please help me
