i recently lost all sound from my elitebook, all drivers are up to date after a recent upgrade in operating system, at first i thought it may be a problem with the on board speaker as it was suffering from distortion, so i then tried an external speaker via an audio jack, still no sound , any advice or help would be appreciated thanks
