I am attempting to use a Phonak Compilot with my EliteBook 8570w. Technical specifications for the laptop indicate it has A2DP Bluetooth support and the Compilot also uses A2DP. Bluetooth discovery seems to proceed normally, however some drive does not load. Selecting the device in Windows 7 (64bit SP1) after pairing shows:Bluetooth AV, Bluetooth Remote Control, and Not Supported Bluetooth Function. The function summary says it is working properly, however it is not. When using Lync for VOIP, device does not appear in list of headsets. It does not appear in the Manage audio devices control panel.
Any help would be appreciated.
