my sound just isnt working at all, no sound comes out even whenthe volume is at the highest level and this laptop has really bad sound, even though its a beats laptop, theres no sound that comes out and when it does come out its laggy and bad. also when i watch videos, the viceo stops at 7 seconds. i dont know if thats related due to the laptop or not. but i just need my sound to get fixed.
