The sound on my HP Spectre 14 Envy has stopped working since i tried plugging my headphones into it to listen to a video.
I plugged the headphones into the headphone socket but could not hear anything through them, so I unplugged them again and discovered that the sound had stopped working completely. Plugging in the headphones seems to have broken the audio.
I've rebooted several times and tried switching the audio on and off in the HP audio settings but the sound seems to have failed completely.
