Sound is ok untill headphones used

Hi there,

My laptop, a HP 15-d012tu Notebook PC, has been working fine untill now - I have tried the latest HP Drivers and rolling back the driver and still no luck.

I can plug in headphones and although the music is fine the vocals are stuffed. I can play games and hear the game sound fine, I watch videos and the vocals are stuffed. It is almost like everyone is under water. I also do not seem to have any available settings or device for Headphones as such just what is shown below.
