I have an HP Pavilion Enterttainment PC dv4-2154ca laptop, Windows 7 OS and after some diagnostics was prompted to upgrade the sound driver. Upon doing this the sound from my machine became unstable and then the machine locked up. After a few hard reboots I was forced to disable and remove the new driver and attempted an install of the original driver from Hp.
Still no sound and lock up.. Any ideas or fixes for this please?
