I own an Hp Envy, HP ENVY 17t-j000 Quad Edition CTO Notebook PC. Currently on Windows 8. Not 8.1.
Now I also use the Logitech G930s with my laptop. These headsets use simulated 7.1 surround sound. Which sounds perfectly fine with music and other programs, while in a game. However for somethings such as League of Leagends, Faster then Light. Whenever i scroll over a button the 7.1 surround sound channels produce a small amount of static to whatever audio happens to be playing such as Youtube videos or Windows media player. It doesn't happen in certain games but all of the games where it does happen it happens because I scroll over or click on a button.
I've tried reinstalling my G930s drivers. Nope.
I've tried reinstalling the IDT Audio Drivers. Nope.
Currently im at a lost as what is causing this. Could it be because the driver doesnt have the capability to handle the extra 7.1 simulation or something else entirely?
