I've got no sound at all on my DV6. I've got HDMI Audio something and some sort of audio codec in Device Manager. Apparently both of these devices are working properly. My sound is turned up to 100%. Do I have a sound card installed? What would it be called? Does anyone know of a free reliable hardware diagnostic program which can identify if I have a hardware fault?
