Headphones connected via the 3.5mm headset jack no longer plays sound. I cannot tell if it can still record since the built-in mic picks up sound. I have disconnected and reconnected the headphones multiple times, tried a couple different headphones, successfully tested on other devices, and restarted the computer. What more can I do to get this working again?
I've had to send in my laptop for issues twice before and now the warranty expired two weeks ago.
