Hi there. I am having problems with the beats audio on my laptop. The problems vary randomly. Sometimes the eqalization is awful for both speakers and headphones and a restart will help. Sometimes a restart won't help. Sometimes its just the headphones with bad equalization (i.e. ZERO base and treble). It also seems like when I use the beats audio control panel that nothing really happens. I slide things, I click it on and off. Nothing seems to matter. I am at my wits end, so any help will be much appreciated. I am running Windows 8.1 if that helps.
