I purchased my HP pavillion x360 in 2017 and over the past few months, I can't plug my headphones in and hear. The sound simply comes through the speakers as if nothing is plugged in. I've done all the typical troubleshooting I have been advised to do (updating the drivers, fiddling with the speaker/headphones settings, etc.) Do you think a power reset could help? Does anyone have any suggestions for other things that could work? P.S., my headphones are not broken.
