So I discovered that I might be running some very old version of Bang & Olufsen audio control, as the app looked very old and dated compared to the app seen on other HP devices.
I tried updating etc, and nothing changed, I decided to remove the app completely.
The main reason for this was a very frustrating problem. IT DID NOT ALLOW YOU TO TURN ENCHANCMENTS OFF. For a "Mobile Workstation" used a lot for creativity (Video and Audio Programs) this problem renders the device useless for any sort of task like this. How can I master audio on headphones with stupid enhancements changing the sound?
Anyways, now I have nothing, no HP Audio Control (I never had this in the first place) and no B&O Control..
Which wouldn't be a massive problem, however now I have no control over the Intel SST mic setup to change between conference and personal modes.
I have installed the latest drivers, and when navigating through the realtek drivers files, I do not find the B&O or HP app, but instead I find a DTS app?
