My Pavilion has a problem with Bluetooth ... Bla bla Bla

Hi guys. So I bought this Laptop the other day because my other Laptop is In Bahrain and I am stuck in Saudi.

I updated all the software including the Bios and bought and install MSOffice suite. Everything on the laptop is legit and it works fine in general. However, I have a problem with my Bluetooth.

It connected to my Sony system quite easily and we even had a party to the point that the neighbors (in Saudi) complaint about it. But since the update I started using my Bose SoundSport Free earphones on them and the connection is not good. The sound is unclear and comes through broken up and sometimes the one earpiece even looses sound.

I contacted Bose in the UAE and had my Bose earpieces serviced and cleaned and they couldn't find anything wrong. I connected several other device to the earphones and they all seem to work fine.

But as soon as I connect to the Pavilion, the same issues happen.

Now I have to mention, I did reinstall the driver, twice already. I did all the technical trails and errors to solve the issue and I still can't figure this one out.

Everything else seems okay, just this one.... little pain in my (same word for donkey)

Please help!
