Bang And Olufsen Missing

Hello,

I've just bought HP 15-bc509nt. How can I understand my laptop is equipped (or not) with Bang and Olufsen?
I cannot find the app anywhere  in my pc.
There's a sign of B&O on the right of the my laptop(see below picture).

There wasn't any Bang and Olufsen App. I installed all driver from HP Driver page for my laptop model (and of course I restarted the laptop). BUT  Sound quality is still miserable. 

Could you please help me with this issue?
