I have a 3 months old HP Envy m6 (m6-1252so) and today I encoutered a problem - the headphone jack is not working. I have tried kind of everything - uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them. Already I have read many many forum threads about it, but no solution. The funny bit is that my computer was runnig the whole time, when I was away from home (2-3 hours) and when I got back - no sound from the headphones. The problem isn't the headphones, triplechecked it. If you got any ideas, go right ahead. I'd really not send it to warranty repair, beacause it takes time and maybe there's an easier fix.
