I have a HP Pavilion dm4-3099se. Connected through a 3.5 jack (auxiliary cord) to my surround sound speakers Logitech z-506. When plugged in, my computer fails to recognize that I have plugged in a surround sound system as sound will play through only one of the speakers.
I am wondering if my laptop somehow does not support surround sound, as when I look into my system, it appears that i do not have soundcard...
