I use a HP ENVY dv6-7204se which runs on Windows 8..and has Beats Audio
I have never heard sound coming out from the subwoofer...
I've tried updating the IDT driver,
On the IDT drivers, I've turned the bass all the way up (4), and even tried cranking up the bass to 100 on the beats control panel...but nothing solves the problem.
please help me
