Hi,
May headphone jack suddenly stopped working. No changes have been made to the machine to make this an operator error. I used the headphone less than 12 hours before and all was fine. I have used them daily since I got the laptop in July last year. The speakers work fine, the headphones work fine on other devices, and I've tried another set as well. I see there have been other complaints on the same issue, I was hoping for a solution. PLEASE.
Also, I am using windows 8, then while trying to figure out the problem, updated to 8.1. No change.
Are there any solutions out there???
