I recently bought a HP Envy TouchSmart 15-J001TX. I find the overall sound to be low from the time of purchase, also the bass from DUAL DRIVE SUBWOOFER is very very minimum. I tried playing the audio files in different media players with various equalizer settings, but no improvement. Sound level in 'Playback Devices' are at the maximum. I usually keep the Beats Audio ON. My current OS is Windows 8.1 (64-bit) with updated drivers. I updated the drivers via HP Support Assistant.
Please help me.
