doesn't work the sound and speaker

Hello, I have HP Compaq Presario CQ57. And all of a sudden does not work or the sound of the speakers. We can somebody please help? Ja I reinstalled the sound driver, and I still can not. I have a windows 7...Thank you for your help Regards R. S
