I have a HP Envy TS Notebook PC,Windows 8.1 64 bit.
I have the volume at 100%, yet the sound is so low. I have already checked on the forums for solutions and have tried following directions given in a couple of threads, but do not have all the tab options shown. This computer has Beats Audio and was sold to me as having great quality sound - I don't consider such low volume to be quality!
Help please!
