I have an Envy M6-1125dx notebook with Win 8, it was working fine but now it isn't, when i play music it sounds horribleeee, with echo, noise and it just doesn't sound good!
I'm not so sure if this was provoqued by an update, but i've tried this:
- Uninstall IDT HD drivers from Control Panel to leave the computer as it was before, last IDT was uninstall
- Use HP Recovery Manager to leave the computer at the point it was working ok
- Uninstall and install new IDT HD Drivers (like Version6.10.6433.0, which is recommended for my notebook)
- Update divers directly from Device Manager, Sound video and game controllers
- Change config options from HP Beats Audio (even the equalizer)
None of the options i tried worked!!! Still i heard this horrible sound when i play any music.
Can someone recommend me a different option to solve this problem?
