My wife and I have the same computer, HP ENVY m6. I can view video's from my pictures but my wife can't . they are the same video's just on two seperate computers. She can watch video in other programs or web sites ( youtube, facebook ,etc)I have done the latest updates . It took the longest on the music and video. When I try to play the video I get this error code 0xc00d5212(0xc00d5212)
