Was all excited about getting thenew laptop and spent a ton of time installing my apps and such
So am ready to hook to tv just like my previous Dell laptop.
I plug in same HDMI cable and get pic on Samsubg TV but no sound.
So I figure like on Dell I can go to Sound and select HDMI as output.
No HDMI option is shown. I unplug and plug back in HDMI cable-same result.
I get the beeps that the cable is working, I get the video - but no HDMI sound icon to select.
Device Manager looks fine
While I have an Nvidia Geforce sticker on the unit, there is no GEFORCE driver that I can see in programs or device manager or process explorer.
I have all drivers up to date.
This unit has the built in Intel 4600 as part of the Quad CoreMobile Intel 4th gen I7 Haswell Processor.
Not sure where to go from here....
Thanks for any help without my going back to a factory restore.
