My audio system does not work most of time. I usually have to shut down or restart the notebook to make it work again.
It is getting worse and i have to shut down more often now.
Yesterday i istalled the netflix app in my laptop and i received a message that my audio system does not work properly. they suggest me to visit this website> http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2777760#fix but also i could not solve the problem once the troubleshooting tool was not able to detect any trouble. I also did all the other 3 recommendations but the problem is still there.
