So the sound on my HP DV5 DV5-2077CL laptop doesn't work through the speakers. I have tried youtube, itunes and windows media player. Although when I plug in headphones or hook up the laptop to my HDTV via a HDMI cable everything works fine.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled sound drivers from the HP website. I have tried the headphone jack trick where you plug in headphones and take em out repeatedly to fix this issue. My computer says everything is fine with the speakers, all the tests come back good. It is the default device as well.
I am running Win 7 64-Bit, can anyone please help?
