I have an HP Envy 15t j000 quad edition laptop and the sound suddenly stopped working. Both through the speakers and headphones. I've looked under the Device manager to see if the sound driver is working and enabled, and it is. I even tried reinstalling the sound driver and installing a new one, but neither worked. I've looked at everything, the speakers are enabled, the sound driver's working, everything is running fine, and yet no sound comes through. I've ran HP diagnostic programs and nothing comes up with any problems! Please Help!
