I really need help with this.

 

So recentley, this funny thing randomly happened. Whenever I used my earbuds or headphones and watch a video, play a game, have a skype call or pretty much ANYTHING the sound is echoey, fuzzy, when I listen to music the instruments are louder than the voice. It's also super faint even on 100% volume. I've tried doing the enhancements thing on the sounds but it has done nothing. When I unplug my earbuds the sound is perfectly fine. Another weird thing is that the system sounds, like notifications etc. sound normal, but youtube, Skype, Netflix, games, anything else is just fuzzy, faint, echoey and just strange. I would really appreciate some help.

My laptop model is r203tx and it saying audio recording device not found.

Hello!

Yesterday everything is ok.

Today i have no sound in headphones.

Headphones and audio-output cheked, in Ubuntu OS it work's.

Driver is reinstalled.

Hello!

 

I have a HP Pavilion 11x360 PC.

 

The sign of the sound has an x and said that: No audio output device is installed.

 

I checked and i have realtek high definition audio driver instaled and it said that is working properly.

 

When i troubleshoot sound problems it said that : Audio device is disabled.

 

 Everithing was ok after i upgraded from win 8.1 to win 10  and i could listen music and videos . It hapens after a week or two.

 

I need your help please! Thank you for your time !

When i load Windows Media Player it stops working after either seconds or a minute or so. I have tried troubleshooting and it says my Windows Media Library is corrupt but gives no solution to the problem. I have tried uninstalling Media Player and reistalling without any change in the problem.

How do i know what part of my Media Library is corrupt and indeed if removing all media files is going to resolve?

Any ides on how to get Media Player working without it clsoing down?

I have a HP 2000 notebook which's product number is B9K60PA#ACJ. I want to use my laptop as a bluetooth speaker for my phone. I had that kind of option in win 7 (Bluetooth) but in win 10 I am not able to get that to work. I read on an article that there should be an A2DP driver instaleed in support of your bluetooth, so anyone could help me with these driver stuff or a 3rd party software tutorial.

I upgraded my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Education using clean install(inserted dvd, formatted previous system partition and clean install).

 

But in list of drivers on http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5229456&swLangOid=5&swEnvOid=4192 I can't find audio driver. In windows 8.1 I was used to SRS Premium sound utility, which in my opinion did good job tweaking sound from small internal speakers. Without it (with windows default driver), sound is like "sheet of tin" - unacceptable.

 

So I installed old driver from windows 8.1 (http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=5229456&swItemId=ob_124404_1&swEnvOid=4158), but sometimes the windows 10 stops responding for 0.5s - CPU goes to 100 %, audio gets "stuck" (for example you hear continuous previous sound - imagine that you are closing car door and 3-4 times repeatedly hear the sound of closing). So I uninstalled old IDT driver and all these symptoms have gone away. But also SRS Premium sound utility.

 

So I am looking for IDT audio driver for Windows 10 - expecting that it will include SRS Premium sound utility. Do you have compatible one from any other notebook model or what should I download?

Hello,

i recently discovered a problem with my laptop. my microphone dosn't work, i never tried it before so i don't know if it didn't work from th begining!i installed all the proper drivers and softwares and yet it still dosn't work!

in the settings menu its says that my microphone is working properly and its green yet when i try to record on the voice recorder application and try to play it back there is no sound what so ever!

I need help I have removed the audio driver in the accident with no backup and restore point, I downloaded my drivers at hp.com but drivers can not be installed, I had moved to the Windows 8 operating system, windows 10, windows vista and windows 7 again it still can not

I just bought a new HP Pavilion 15-ab219tx Notebook. I was very excited about its' new Bang and Olufsen Speakers. But when I played some music, I was very dissapointed. I was expecting a very rich and a deep bass sound but I could hear very little of it let alone a deep bass experience.

 

 

I tried solving this problem bu using the equilizer to crank up the bass but NOTHING works. I am highly dissapoint because of the fact that these speakers are one of this computers' main features. Please help.

I went to the HP site and downloaded the sound driver for my PC using the HP download software. Just followed the directions - they overwrote the old file with the new, and prompted me to allow them to restart.  It worked fine.

I am trying to install a bluetooth speaker on my HP Pavillion 17-f115dx, operating system windows 8.1, and I can't figure out how to find a bluetooth driver or to turn on my bluetooth functions.  I read that the HP 17-f115dx wasn't set up with bluetooth.  If anyone has any drivers or patches I could install, could you let me know what they are?  Thank you.

Hi,

 

I recently bought this laptop and am recording audio from the sound card using a small programme called Gilisoft Audio Recorder to basically "record what you hear" from the sound card. I have used this programme on my previous PC and it worked a treat, the resulting recording quality being exactly what I hear through my headphones. I am mainly recording spoken word recordings from the internet.

 

Anyway, since using the same recording programme on this laptop, the recorded sound comes out pretty bass heavy...too much for me to be able to use in my projects. I have tried another programme with exactly the same bass-heavy results which makes me think it is the sound card.

 

I tried experimenting with the sound card settings and it did reduce the bass frequency in the recording but the general sound quality was terrible, sounding like it was recorded at a really low bitrate. I double checked my audio recorder and the settings on there were fine.  I restored the sound card to default settings and so now just have the bass heavy problem that I started with.

 

My sound card is Realtek. Hope someone can help or offer some advice...

hi

i dowloaded windows 10 not long ago it was runing fine until a couple of days ago the sound was constantly muted with the red icon on the volume bar. i troubleshooted it and it foud nothing, i have now sorted that problem and now have my audio back but now the beats audio i had is no longer there which is annoying as this was an expensive laptop and a alot of extra cost was probably having beats audio so i would like it back ASAP. please help.

I have been trying to get my audio jack to work to no avail. I updated the driver IDT High defination audio CODEC and a high pitch hum that turns into a insect like sound as I turn up the volum. comes out of my speakers. How do I fix the sound and if possible get my jack to work. The jack was playing sound both out the speakers and into the headphones. Now inorder to get sound out of the headphones I have to turn and hold the jack insert in the exact right position or I get no sound from them only the speakers.
